The Company
CGK Consulting Ltd was founded in 2008 by a group of corporate executives with experience and specialisation in the field of business, in both Greece and abroad.
The company’s objective is to offer proposals and business solutions that will satisfy client needs within the scope of their business activities.
Capitalising on the knowledge and experience of CGK executives, and seeking brand new opportunities for profitable investments, CGK is in itself a proposal in the consulting field.
Who is Who
Christos Hatoupis,
C. Hatoupis graduated from the University of Economics in Athens in 1973. He joined INTRACOM in August 1976 and served as Accounting Manager from 1986 until 1999. He was then appointed as a Deputy General Manager for the Finance and Administration Division.
He was a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM from 1988 until February 2006. In 2005 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of DATABANK S.A.
In January 2006 he was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.
Aristidis Gikas,
He was born in Athens and graduated from Varvakios Model School in 1980, Graduate Industrial School of Thessaloniki in 1985 (Business Administration) and ΜcGILL University (Master of Business Administration – MBA – with concentration in Finance and Accounting) in 1987. In Μarch 1995 he attended the Advanced Management Program at International Institute for Management Development (ΙΜD) – Lausanne, Switzerland. In Νovember 1996 he attended the Strategic Partnering in Finance at University of North Carolina – United States
He brings several years of intensive experience in top management positions such as Finance Manager in Johnson & Johnson Hellas AEBE for seven years and General Manager in the Group of Olympiacos Club companies for five years reporting to the President Mr. S. Kokkalis before he started his own accounting, tax and consulting office in 2005. During his professional managerial career he used to teach as a part-time activity. Since 1990 he has taught in colleges in Greece and Universities abroad at the undergraduate and MBA levels. He is currently teaching Financial Accounting in New York College (NYC) and Athens Institute of Technology (AIT).
Efi Chatzidakis,
Efi Chatzidakis was born in 1967 in Heraklion Crete. She has graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the Industrial University of Thessaloniki . She possesses a first class license of economist profession. During the past ten years she held several executive positions in the accounting department of large Greek enterprises.
